SiteviroAbout Siteviro
Siteviro turns paper inspection folders into a single place for your site records — built for construction and site-based teams who are tired of chasing sheets around a site.
What Siteviro does
Siteviro gives your company its own space to run the inspections your sites already need — PUWER, PAT, Harness, HAVS, Fire Extinguishers, RPE, Delivery Notes, Plant Register, MEWP Checks, Toolbox Talks and Daily Site Reports — plus your own custom forms.
Everything is completed on a phone or tablet, signed on screen and stored against the right site. When you need paperwork, you download signed PDFs or bundle the week into a Friday Pack. No printing, no retyping, no missing sheets.
Why we built it
Site records on most sites still live in ring binders and Excel files. Checks get done, but finding out whether they were done — and proving it — means chasing paper. Siteviro started from that frustration: the checks your team already carries out, captured properly at the point of work.
What we believe
- Your records belong to your company. Your logos, your colours, your history — export signed PDFs whenever you need them.
- Built for site conditions. Big touch targets, simple screens, work on the phone in your pocket.
- Pay for what you use. Unlimited users on every plan. A site only counts in a month when a register entry is completed on it.
- Simple by default. Managers set who can view, complete, manage or delete — and everyone else just sees their jobs.
