Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
How much does Siteviro cost?
Monthly plans start at £49 for Starter and £149 for Professional, with Enterprise from £499. Every plan includes unlimited users and operatives — you pay for sites, not people. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing on the homepage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New companies get one 30-day free trial of the plan they choose. A card is needed to start it and it switches to the paid plan automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You keep full access to every register during the trial.
What counts as an active site?
A site only counts in a month when at least one register entry is completed on it. Sites with no activity that month cost you nothing. Each plan includes a number of active sites, with a fixed price per extra active site.
Which registers are included?
All of them, on every plan: PAT Register, PUWER, Harness Register, HAVS Register, Fire Extinguishers, Toolbox Talks, RPE Register, Delivery Notes, Plant Register, MEWP Checks, Daily Site Reports, Timesheets. You switch on the ones your company uses, and choose which are required on each site. You can also build your own custom forms with required signatures, photos and checklists.
Do operatives need an account?
Not always. For RPE checks, MEWP checks and any custom form you enable sharing on, you send a named link — the operative completes and signs the check without signing in or registering. Anyone who does create an account can be added to your team and assigned to sites.
Can I set what each person can do?
Yes. You create custom roles by ticking permissions per register — view, complete, manage or delete — and assign them per site. Admins see everything; owners and admins can always manage. Deletion is limited to admins, and submitters can edit their own records for 15 minutes after submitting.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — Siteviro runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop, with nothing to install. You can add it to your home screen so it opens full-screen like an app.
Who owns our records, and can we get them out?
Your records belong to your company. Every register exports signed PDFs, sites can be bundled into a weekly Friday Pack ZIP, and records older than three months move to an Archive tab where they stay searchable. We never share your data between companies.
What about notifications?
Managers get in-app alerts and emails for submitted faults and failures — including MEWP faults with the machine, site and check details — plus due and overdue reminders for required checks. Each company chooses which audiences get notified in its settings.
How do I get help?
Existing customers can raise a support ticket inside the app. Anyone can use the contact form or email support@siteviro.co.uk.
